What do you like best about Paycor? Flexible, easy to use interface. Inputting goals, updating progress, and recognizing colleagues are pretty simple and useful features to use. Overall it's a pretty useful program to keep our organization targeted at goals and strategy. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? The ability to check in and see my progress throughout the quarter, leave notes, and keep myself accountable. What do you like best about Paycor? We love the alignment functionality!! The news feed is also such a great way for the ED to give a quick review of staff activity over the past week, post a quick question, or at the very least a quick "like" to show they laid eyes on their progress, as well as let the rest of the team quickly an easily know where everyone is at. What do you like best about Paycor? It is extremely user friendly. It helps you stay on task with your goals for the year and share with other. What do you dislike about Paycor? Maybe if it were a little easier to see others who have goals similar to mine and how they have gone about accomplishing them. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Paycor? I love the sexy formatting and the check-ins. Reminders to check in on my goals keep me informed on when I've been slacking on updating my goals. Giving feedback is cool too! What do you dislike about Paycor? Not much else to say about dislikes - maybe the email reminders are kind of annoying when you are really busy and don't have the time to check in every week. What do you like best about Paycor? The recognition feature was a favourite for us and our team really benefitted from aligning shout-outs to our values.
