Good for large companies

What do you like best? The app is simple to use and has a lot of options within the app What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike. It lets you see documents and files that you need. Recommendations to others considering the product Love the app What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps everyone see their pay stubs and hours worked a long with letting you see your tax information

Decent Payroll Software

What do you like best? It is super easy to browse through the website and I like how there's costumer support available at any time. What do you dislike? Only downfall, they make updates pretty often, but they let you know with anticipation so you're aware. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy to use clock-in/out app

What do you like best? the quick log in feature is possibly one of the best features on this app. You only need 4 characters instead of remembering passwords and log in name. What do you dislike? sometimes the application takes a while to log in and i have noticed a few times that the time is incorrect and if you log in and out again it resets. Paycom is an HR one stop shop

What do you like best? Employee records are maintained seamlessly. PAFs are a great feature that allows for employee changes and corrective actions in one place What do you dislike? Altering the reporting managers creates confusion sometimes. The applicant tracking system is difficult to navigate for newer managers What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding is easier than other systems

Updates needed in order to be competitive

What do you like best? Regular interaction with customer service associates when assistance is needed. What do you dislike? A lot of the components for the different functionalities cannot be modified to meet company’s specific needs. It’s very much a one-size-fits-all program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do payroll, benefits enrollment and reporting through Paycom. Looking to implement other items as well.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to add hours and see my past statements What do you dislike? I wish the scheduled payment feature was easier to access Recommendations to others considering the product It's easy for both HR and the employees What business problems are you solving with the product?
