Ease of use for both the user and management

What do you like best? Easily view and edit time log entries for users. Love having a quick way to verify available PTO and submit time off requests. What do you dislike? As a user and manager, I have to use two different log ins. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving a lot of time on managing time sheets! Users can easily confirm hours, PTO, etc.

Easy HR Management

What do you like best? The interface is my favorite part of the product. It’s pretty straightforward and navigation is simple. What do you dislike? Employee annual reviews and goal management is fairly good, but could be better with easier goal setting and plan implementation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We utilize Paycom primarily for employee management/ HR.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use for Administrators, supervisors and employees. I like being able to do benefits administration, e-verify and e-signing of employee documents. What do you like best? I like that Paycom is user friendly. I can easily navigate the different tabs and find the information I am looking for. It also conveniently is all available in the mobile app, for on the go needs as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that I am not able to reset my own password if I lock myself out. What do you like best? I love that I am able to view everything from one platform while setting employees up in our system. What do you dislike? Excellent tools, software program

What do you like best? Their easy to read interface and codes. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike about. But I wish they cost less. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and talent management.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Able to click thru my employees Time Card easily. The layout of the website is nice to navigate thru. The calendar feature that was recently added is very beneficial due to we have a 2 person off at a time rule, so the co-workers have ease of access to see when someone is off and that day is unavailable. PAYCOM best fit for small businesses

What do you like best? Originally we thought our.business was too small for PAYCOM to manage with only 9 employees. WRONG! Their software is super easy to use w/exceptional customer service. Fast, Easy and Great customer service

What do you like best? Paycom has the best customer service. When I have a problem or I need help locating a report I just call or email my representative and she either walks me through the process, sends be detailed instructions and has even generated the report I needed and emailed it to me. Paycom, my HR Department

What do you like best? Paycom's payroll tool is very easy to use and customer friendly. I am on the site weekly and am very glad that I can process my payroll in a few minutes. I have w2 employee’s and 1099 contractors that I pay through my company. Having a tool that is easy saves me time and thus saves me money.
