Effective for what it is worth!
What do you like best? Paycom is a very well organized site for all human resource needs. The customer service is also very helpful. The program is easy to use and quickly generates reports. What do you dislike? The drawback is that the system is not quickly updated if the employee roster changes. There is not an easy filter aspect which makes it clunky. What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to navigate What do you dislike? Lacks luster and does only the bare minimum - does not go beyond basics like building reports using BI, multi unit payroll processing Recommendations to others considering the product Don’t expect too much, does minimum. What do you like best? Love being able to quickly look into my paystub information and the friendly and quick service we receive when we have any type of questions. Also very great customer service when any questions, concerns, etc. arise. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that I dislike! Handled all of my staffing needs
What do you like best? It has allowed me to connect different areas of the team such as HR, Payroll, and the CEO to let a more diverse group have access to employee files What do you dislike? Decent Value got HR & Payroll
What do you like best? PayCom’s user interface is very straight forward and it is relatively easy to manage and record my teams hours. It has features that allow it to integrate into our existing accounting software, which is nice. The few times I have had to contact their customer service team I was met with swift and efficient service, which can be hard to find in today’s market. What do you like best? I like that I can call or email my representative and he responds quickly. What do you dislike? There is a lot of modules that are not set up for our company. Recommendations to others considering the product Providing lots of information to your rep is the key to getting things set up correctly the first time. What do you like best? Paycom is a reliable system that never disappoints. What do you dislike? I don’t dislike anything. Pay com hasn’t done me wrong in the two years I’ve worked with it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paycom solves any issues we had previously with any other system. It’s reliable, simple, and advanced.
