Effective for what it is worth!

What do you like best? Paycom is a very well organized site for all human resource needs. The customer service is also very helpful. The program is easy to use and quickly generates reports. What do you dislike? The drawback is that the system is not quickly updated if the employee roster changes. There is not an easy filter aspect which makes it clunky. What do you like best? PayCom’s user interface is very straight forward and it is relatively easy to manage and record my teams hours. It has features that allow it to integrate into our existing accounting software, which is nice. The few times I have had to contact their customer service team I was met with swift and efficient service, which can be hard to find in today’s market.
