Paycom- daily use- easy to use

What do you like best? The system is very user friendly and there is also an app for convenience. What do you dislike? I find it annoying to have to enter a password and 4 digits of SSN to log in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use paycom for PTO tracking, daily log in/out, and paystub history. Allowing the teammates to access this anytime cuts down on questions for our HR team.

User friendly system

What do you like best? The system is easy to use. The payroll information is easily accessible. The documents load very well. Easy log in too. What do you dislike? Documents do not convert to excel. Otherwise it’s a good system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to look up my payroll, my documents and my personal information. All readily available.

Finally, an AP that works!

What do you like best? The Paycom ap does it all! I love how easy it is to use, but most specifically all my payroll information is in the palm of my hands. It has been so easy to request time off, check my pay stubs, accruals, but most of all to just clock in and out with. At my job we don't always have easy access to a computer, so to be able to clock in on the phone is a time saver. What do you like best? I enjoy that you can have everything in one place. What do you dislike? As with any software, there are kinks in the system. Recommendations to others considering the product Consistently participate in the trainings that Paycom hosts for free What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Running payroll and administering benefits. Less time to manage and audit.

Paycom mobile app is excellent!

What do you like best? The mobile app is extremely easy to use and makes clocking in and out even faster. What do you dislike? I don't care for the format of the Web TimeSheet Read-Only view. I'd like to see the summary at the top. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use for hourly employees. I've used it for clocking in, looking up time sheets and handling all HR docs. I also liked that I could easily change my tax contributions if needed as well as track all my payments. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is a platform that handles everything our company needs and our implementation process was extremely smooth. What do you dislike? Love being to access my stubs anytime!

What do you like best? Super easy to use. I can check my paydays and get stubs and W2's anytime I need. They're accessible on the go. What do you dislike? You have to answer too many questions when logging on if you have multiple users per computer. You sign in plus have like 3 security questions each time. Amazing ATS system

What do you like best? This ATS makes it incredibly easy to set up questions for applicants and preset applications. Customer service is excellent. What do you dislike? I had a little bit of trouble integrating my other recruiting sites at first but fortunately got the hang of it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’ve realized how easy it is to compare applicants across recruiting sites. This is excellent for volume recruiting.
