Paycom is Easy to Use

What do you like best? I love that once I get logged in to the software, I can easily complete the action I am looking to complete, whether that is correcting a time punch or approving someone's hours. We can easily upload openings to our website, as well as remove filled positions. We appreciate the ease of use related to almost every action we need to complete. What do you dislike? Human resource management simplified

What do you like best? The ease of use is the single best quality of this company. My payroll processing time has never been as effiecent or organized. I am on the site weekly and am very glad that I can process my payroll in only a few minutes. What do you dislike? they have a comprehensive Payroll/HR program that meets our needs.

What do you like best? the security of knowing payroll & payroll taxes plus 401K contributions are diligently done correctly. What do you dislike? time off is calculated and kept track of on an hourly basis, when no one in our organization is hourly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy request/approval and calendaring of employee time off benefits.

What do you like best? That it's works without fail. I don't need log in problems when Im trying to hurry up and log in....while keeping security, it enables the user to get punched in quick. Worst experience with a vendor in my entire career!

What do you like best? The system appears to be a good fit for us if it were set up properly and we had a good service team helping us. What do you dislike? Their customer service is horrible and it continues to get worse. Implementation was mismanaged and had to be pushed back twice. They don't listen to the customer's needs or understand how we use the system. They claim they have solutions and make commitments they can't and don't keep. What do you like best? Everything is right where you need it. During our demo Paycom seemed as though everything can be done in one system which is really exciting. What do you like best? The interface is fairly user friendly in that it's grouped in easy to read categories. The online system is also easy to use for employees. You can control most of what they see and limit it where needed. There are usually Paycom associates you can call to get assistance immediately.
