The app experience is spectacular!

What do you like best? The ability to access all parts of my payroll and company hr needs in one app on my phone. If i need to make a quick change all I have to do is login to the app and make the changes. The Time Sheet makes my job super easy and my team keeps up with their time much better. I love paycom

What do you like best? Paycom is amazing its one of the best programs as far as paying employees I can handle everything I need to with the employees all from there it just makes it simple What do you dislike? The hiring section isn't as user friendly/ easy to use as the rest of the set up What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paying employees with ease, hiring the right people, handling all their paperwork in one place

What do you like best? The efficiency and easy access to everything in one site. What do you dislike? It takes a while to load pages. Like when I want to sign in to work, it will take a while. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I schedule my time and manage all of my information there. I can request time off, look at work documents, etc.

User friendly

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to access all of your information from pay to benefits to time off. What do you dislike? They dont have a good ATS system. We tried to use it but they are from from having a full running system What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They really help us in sending training to all the employees. It was very easy to go through any training program step by step.

Great for Pay Stub management for hourly workers

What do you like best? I like the time management and paystub approval process module that they have. Their expense management module also works well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What i like best is that I get my check on time. That's about it. I guess it's easy to add time and request PTO and update benefits once you figure out where things are What do you dislike? Paycom sucks we almost didn't use them b/c they sold us on a system that doesn't do what they said it would. We only us paycom for checks and not the full function of a CRM because everything is manual or not intuitive at all- Very Bad product for what we do here ...
