Working with Paycom for 11 years

What do you like best? Payroll provider, but also my HRIS system. They are continually coming up with new processes. Haven't really ever had any issues over the past 11 years that I have worked with them. My on-boarding is basically paperless now. What do you dislike? In the past I have had sales people sell me upgrades, but not provide training. I think this has been improved. Convenient and easy

What do you like best? PayCom puts everything in one place—time clock, HR paperwork including benefits info, etc. I love it. And the app is awesome!! What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about PayCom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of time clock management, paperwork for employees, etc. It is awesome. Keeps all the paperwork in one place for the employee and HR admin to see.

Extremely Successful Transition to Paycom

What do you like best? We recently moved all of our HR services to Paycom. The transition was seamless due to the great team we had working on it! Easy to use for payroll

What do you like best? Easy to distribute payroll to employees. What do you dislike? Can be complicated to work and setup the system. What do you like best? I enjoy employees being able to clock in on their own time, manage their benefits and having the freedom to manage their own schedules.
