Paycom is the new wave of the HR and Payroll community

What do you like best? I enjoy the payroll software, and the perks that comes with it, Paycom is a all in one HR and Payroll Company and software that is very inexpensive and give you the same outcome as if you were with ADP. Working with Paycom for 11 years

What do you like best? Payroll provider, but also my HRIS system. They are continually coming up with new processes. Haven't really ever had any issues over the past 11 years that I have worked with them. My on-boarding is basically paperless now. What do you dislike? In the past I have had sales people sell me upgrades, but not provide training. I think this has been improved. Convenient and easy

What do you like best? PayCom puts everything in one place—time clock, HR paperwork including benefits info, etc. I love it. And the app is awesome!! What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about PayCom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of time clock management, paperwork for employees, etc. It is awesome. Keeps all the paperwork in one place for the employee and HR admin to see.

Extremely Successful Transition to Paycom
