Very easy and accessible

What do you like best? Paycom is very easy, quick and reliable. Accesing this website is easy from anywhere at work or working from home! What do you dislike? The process is a bit difficult and the geotracking is not something that’s comforting... why do they need my location. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? everything is automated, not having to keep track on paper.

What do you like best? It is easy to access payroll information and do employee benefits open enrollment What do you dislike? We are considering moving to a more comprehensive HRIS that includes better workflow integration with applicant tracking through the onboarding process. What do you like best? Helps me keep track of employees timecards digitally. Awesome functions and straight forward What do you dislike? Nothing, everything is straight forward and meets my needs. What do you like best? One stop shop for all aspects of our payroll (garnishments, tax filing, etc.. Having a dedicated specialist is helpful as long as you get a quality specialist (some are better than others.
