What do you like best? 360 degree view of our company's HR functions. Prior to Paycom, we had very manual processes in place. Since deploying Paycom, we've observed a very high-adoption rate improved our ability to respond to the needs of our staff. Having an assigned account rep to answer questions has been very helpful.
