What do you like best? 360 degree view of our company's HR functions. Prior to Paycom, we had very manual processes in place. Since deploying Paycom, we've observed a very high-adoption rate improved our ability to respond to the needs of our staff. Having an assigned account rep to answer questions has been very helpful. Excellent Payroll Service

What do you like best? It's software facilitates an excellent HR platform What do you dislike? It is a bit expensive, but nothing to complain about What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paycom is driving our payroll processing and expensive management reducing our overhead and making payroll a much more efficient process.

Good source for clocking in and out

What do you like best? Easy to use, requesting days off seems a breeze, and they give accurate statements on accrual of vacation/sick pay. What do you dislike? The interface. It's gets confusing when the interfaces switches on you out of nowhere. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The employee website is nice, helpful and fairly user friendly. The paycheck calculator is great! What do you dislike? So many features need to be updated to compare it to other similar companies. Implementation is not what you are sold. It is too fast and not user friendly.
