What do you like best? I like that Paycom can centralize all areas of pay stubs, holiday time as well as the benefits summary. The fact that they have a mobile app is also fantastic. It makes it easier to look up information on the go. What do you dislike? I can't say there is anything I dislike necessarily. I would say it is pretty customizable. Just started on the Paycom platform and benefits enrollment was easy

What do you like best? Having the app is most convenient. Looking forward to centralizing all my benefits at the start of the year and using the app more regularly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that dashboard layout and benefits enrollment is pretty easy to understand and navigate through as well. I would say most things are quite easy to navigate and use. I like the time management section as well. Sometimes it can get confusing especially with expenses but otherwise it very easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? In our limited time with Paycom the most pressing usage has been that of benefits enrollment. Having used the ADP platform for years I would say Paycom was hands down more user friendly. Biggest benefit for me was the "enroll in same benefits as last year" option which took my enrollment time to all of 5 minutes. The go-to tool for every HR action

What do you like best? I can’t say this enough: Paycom makes easier all the HR activities within the entire system. We’re able to manage and submit payroll right on time and with no mistakes, tracking down all payments and the exact percentage of money that need to be paid. Easy to Use

What do you like best? The functions are so simple. It was easy to learn how to fill out my timesheet and to approve my hours every single week.
