Paycom system has it all

What do you like best? Paycom has all the tools need for HR. We use everything but the hiring and applicant tracking. Paycom has so many features in it's software. What do you dislike? Paycom has so many features that it can be difficult to know they exist. I guess that is a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. If you don't take the time to understand the capabilities and learn how to use the software then you wont get what you pay for, at least not fully. ...

What do you like best? I can use the app anywhere and use TouchID. Punching IN & OUT is simple. What do you dislike? The navigation/organization of the app. The layout of the app and how you view your current time sheet is confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to clock in and out no matter where I am and track my mileage.

Great for Employees

What do you like best? Easy for employees to log in and see their pay stubs and a total of yearly spending. What do you dislike? I didn't have any problems with it but the administrator had issues when edits to a time card needed to be made. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Electronic form of payroll. It was done by hand before.

Paycom is easy to use and user-friendly!

What do you like best? Timesheets are very easy to input. Benefits are easy to enroll. Each item that I have ever had to complete was super easy. What do you dislike? I do not like the username that was given to me but I don't believe that has anything to do with Paycom. I haven't even researched this to see if I can change it on my end. Paycom has made updating benefits, taking time off, and viewing paychecks much easier

What do you like best? I love how well the website looks and feels. There is also a modern feeling app available to download that I can use on the go if I ever need to check any work related documents. What do you dislike? Easy to track time and expenses on the go!

What do you like best? I appreciate the easy to use interface of paycom. I can use it on my iPhone and desktop. The features for clocking in and out are easy to find. I have enjoyed also getting to see in real time how many hours I have worked and my leave time. There are also features to track mileage and upload expenses for reimbursement. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. Everything is right where you need it to be. What do you dislike? Great for novice to expert

What do you like best? I like that I am able to pull full PDF versions of my paycheck. I also like that I'm able to go back and look at my onboarding original documentation as well as update any direct deposit or tax information in one spot. I also like the fact that the application has never been down when I went into it and is not crashed when using it on my cell phone. What do you dislike? Easy To Use Online Payroll & Human Resource Technology

What do you like best? I love that I can login (via a desktop or the app) to do EVERYTHING I need (check paystubs, request off, clock-in/out, review benefits, etc). all in ONE PLACE! LOVE IT!

What do you like best? Paycom has proven to be so user friendly for our employee population which I never thought possible. Our company had a room filled with file cabinets and now I have a small desk drawer thanks to Paycom! The ease of the flow from the ATS through on-boarding to employee changes has made such a difference in our employee experience. I am forever grateful for the sales rep walking through my door!.
