PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is the most user-friendly platform we've used. It is great with enrolling benefits. You can easily enroll the benefits you have for last year, which will take you less time. Even enlisting beneficiaries will only take you a couple of minutes. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Paycom offers a very straightforward interface. This makes it very easy to understand and use. The time management section is also a good feature. I am very pleased with everything it has to offer so far. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Great Soup to nuts HR management suite.

What do you like best? Lifecycle of the employee form start to finish What do you dislike? It takes a bit long to get going. There is a lot of pre-work to do to get some aspects of the system going. Performance Management for one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employee Response time, Employee self-service . consistency of policy, historical compliance.

Avoid at all costs - NOT AN HCM

What do you like best? Payroll can be processed (though not easily). The most basic functionality like tracking a field is something that exists in this system. Other than that, not much to like. What do you like best? Paycom is good at managing time-off requests (PTO, sick, etc.) and keeping track of pay stubs. What do you dislike?
