PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Time-in and time-out became easier to track. The system is also very intuitive. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? I love having access to so many different reports. They are not always easy to find but once you figure it out there is pretty much a report for everything. Having a dedicated client service rep has been nice as well. What do you like best? The system is easily customized to fit your needs. We have a lot of nuances in our business that are typically difficult to accommodate without manual processes and Paycom has been able to overcome most of our challenges. Best Product Ever

What do you like best? I Love how Paycom has provided a paperless environment. The new hire on-boarding is spectacular!!!!!!! We love how it gives employees easy to view their punches and make punch change requests if necessary, as well as request for time off. I've been in payroll for 27 years and find this to be the very best!!!! Our Implementation Team was the GREATEST!!!!! What do you like best? EVERY piece of information that goes in the system can be retrieved in the BEST report writer I've ever seen anywhere to date! What do you like best? Paycom is a very powerful software yet it is very manageable. It is a very easy-to-use system and their customer support is THE BEST!
