Paycom has been error-free, responsive, and easy to use --- for 14 years straight!
What do you like best? Paycom simply 'gets the job done' -- every time, each pay period -- the way it is supposed to get done. When our company has special questions or issues (usually at year end), Paycom is always very quick to respond and provide answers for us. What do you dislike? Our payroll became simplified
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have access to any data within the platform. I can check and review these data for better management of the whole team. Paycom's support team also helped a lot whenever I have any struggles in using the platform. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Easy to use platform for even the least tech savvy employees
What do you like best? It's great that they offer a mobile app, made it really seamless to enter in expenses. Nice user interface with easy to follow graphs for paychecks. Onboarding was a breeze. What do you dislike? No dislikes! Truly a great product to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? New employee onboarding, hr tasks, benefit monitoring, paycheck information.

Great for small businesses!
What do you like best? Easy to use. Very flexible. We do all of our time tracking and HR functions. Also we use the review module. Works great. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything. We are very happy with the software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at all and if we have an issue their customer service is spectacular.

Easy to use
What do you like best? The time-tracking system is intuitive with a visible clock. Breaks are easy to track and clocking in and clocking out are also very easy. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit outdated. I also don't like how you have to clock in and clock out in real time, instead of scheduling it. I guess that feature is supposed to discourage false clocking, but it gets really inconvenient for folks who are trying to get a solid 40 hour work week. Although, that could be a ...

All in one HR platform
What do you like best? As an end user you can make changes to your profile, pay and contributions at any time. What do you dislike? The notification badge is always on if there is an ongoing task, even if you've completed it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its a nice tool and has good analytics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is used for our HR related employee tasks - pay, benefits, trainings, etc.

I love this product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've been in payroll for 27 years and this is the best system I've used because of its paperless nature. The usual paper nightmare of the on-boarding process was reduced because everyhing can be done using Paycom. Employees can also see their working hours data, so it is easy for them to see if they are being paid right. They also have a very good customer service. Paycom excels for Employee Self-Service and Small HR Teams
