They have helped us greatly in selecting the modules best fit for our business. The integration was very smooth too because they were there every step of the way. What do you like best? Payroll on autopilot. Managed payroll service. We're a rapidly growing company and Paycom allows us to have predictable costs. Paycom applications have been an "easy to use" platform.
What do you like best? User Friendly on an accessible platform. What do you dislike? Though I haven't been a long term user, my experience so far has been pleasant. I have no complaints. Centralized all areas for payments
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It centralizes all areas of payment including pay stubs, holiday time, and benefits. Advantage enrollment, efficiency evaluations and the whole staff member life cycle
What do you like best? Paycom is very much beneficial item in terms of everyday staff member management task for the HR department and also employees. I am simply using this item as a staff member. I love, love, love Paycom!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I used to have tons of paperwork. Because of Paycom, we were able to reduce this drastically. From employee onboarding to departure, Paycom takes care of all the data for us. This is a great relief on our workload. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
