What do you like best? The applications on the menu screen are easy to navigate. Data entry for payroll was simple and timeless compared to other systems I have used in the past. The step by step training deck helped me navigate all of the information that is required by my company, insuring I did not leave any information unchecked. What do you dislike? Paycom is the Human Resources payroll and benefits registration system, with this product, we can decrease our efforts by our financial team to handle various accounting details. Okay platform, clumsy interface and some awkward layout issues. but it does the job and has improved

What do you like best? I'm using it right now as an employee and can easily add in my time sheet, fill out forms and documents. What do you dislike? It could be a little more straightforward in terms of having 'hot-links' for the sections of the site that are most commonly used, like clocking in and out What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Onboarding, tax ease, training, support. What do you dislike? The training modules can be cumbersome in totality. Recommendations to others considering the product: To see the ease, consider having an unfamiliar team member navigate through the app in the demo. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I fully stand by this product and highly recommend it. It is very user friendly so that all levels of employees can use it. All vital information is housed there so it is a time-saver when needing information in a pinch. Clock-in and clock-out feature is seamless. Having HR and Payroll housed in one app has been a game changer for us. Paycom’s services are always top notch! What do you dislike? Nothing at this time. We have yet to run into any hiccups. ...
