What do you like best? what I like the best is the ease of use. What do you dislike? In my opinion I think the look could be updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not solving problems but I like being able to view all HR docs and see my pay history.

Easy to use

What do you like best? It is quick and easy. As soon as I get to work, I can clock in. What do you dislike? Nothing, PayCom is a great app. The app has nothing wrong. Continuously makes processes simpler and more efficient

What do you like best? The overall integration of what otherwise would be multiple platforms ensure I can spend my time focusing on the big picture of our business and processes rather than spend time aimlessly on the small things. Makes everything simpler and easier

Paycom is a one stop shop with one singular login. One of the key things that has been most beneficial is self onboarding, which reduced the HR workload, provides a 'mid-phase' to a prospective employee and active employee, and helps get drivers on the road 4-6 days faster than our previous process.
