Great talent management software!
What do you like best? My employees have their own log-ins and can retrieve their own info- saving us a lot of HR labor costs. What do you dislike? We don't use all of it- it's pretty robust. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings and having it all at your fingertips saves us a lot of money.

Quick and easy
What do you like best? That you are able to have control over entering your own hours What do you dislike? It can be confusing if your work has a specific way they want you to enter hours What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If you forget to punch in or out you have some time to remember. It is beneficial to be able to see all the hours you have worked in the past

I like the clean interface
What do you like best? I like the clean interface. It makes it easy to see what's there and get to the main sections quickly. It's pretty easy to put in time-off requests and see your hours available. Overall, it's nice being able to go to one place and see all your HR info. And I like that I can access the info through an app. What do you dislike? I wish I could link it with my health insurance information. I see my benefits, but it would be nice to directly link to the ...

What do you like best? Paycom is easy to setup and extremely easy to use for the end user. What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? the layout is very user friendly, i use paycom for 2 different employers and its very easy to use What do you dislike? This far i have not found a feature i do not like Recommendations to others considering the product: easy to use for all levels of staff.
