Most Seamless HRIS System

What do you like best? It is the easiest of the HRIS systems I have used. Reports are easy to create, payroll is an easy step by step process, and reps are always quick to get back to me when I have questions. What do you dislike? Easy & User-Friendly

What do you like best? I appreciate the user-friendly design on Paycom! It's easy to navigate and access essential resources on both the app and a desktop. It's my preferred payment/employee platform I have used so far. I also like how you can opt-on for paper pay-stubs. The downside of this is that they charge your employer a $20 printing fee per paystub. This, of course, is of no cost to you - but be aware of this. What do you dislike? If you have more than 50 EE's, don't pick Paycom

What do you like best? It got us off of paper timesheets and everyone into an HRIS for everything. We learned what we needed an HRIS to do for us, and that Paycom would never suit us. What do you dislike? The apparent lack of interest in improving the products. You are assigned a specialist to answer every question and every suggestion/development issue. What do you like best? Paycom has made my life so easy. It addresses the compliance we desperately needed and I have now implemented at two different employers in the past 4 years. Ease of viewing documents needing to be submitted, showing number of available shifts in message center, and ability to view and change tax forms and download pay stubs at any time.
