I am a small business and they provide me great service. I am not discounted or treated differently because of my size. I also used them in a previously life where I owned multiple franchise locations and I always had great service and accurate payrolls. That is really all I could ask for!

Paycom is a good tool to manage employee information.

What do you like best? What i like best about Paycom is it's ease of use, Paycom was designed with organizations in mind. The platform is well designed from the administrative access right down to the individual employee. What do you like best? Paycom is an incredibly easy to use software with plenty of different ways to look at the data. Representatives are very responsive and direct in answering any of my questions! What do you dislike? The representative I started with was transitioned off my account, so I had to get reacquainted with the new rep. The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports. What do you dislike?
