Amazing Company All Around

What do you like best? It puts everything into one place. The accessibility is amazing. What do you dislike? I had no real problems using the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: It makes things amazingly simple. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It streamlined the ATS usage. I could quickly and easily see who was applying and move them through the entire interview process to hire to onboarding.

Easy Payroll System

What do you like best? Punching in and out of the Paycom app is always very quick and easy What do you dislike? Sometimes the punch change requests can be a little confusing if you have accidentally logged a wrong punch What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to easily navigate my hours, holiday, how much PTO I have left, etc. The benefits of the app is that it really is a one stop shop for all payroll and benefits needs.

What do you like best? Paycom is a great system to look into if your business is looking for an all-encompassing/one-stop-shop HRIS. The representatives are also a pleasure to work with and carry positive energy--ready to help whenever you need it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All systems flow together. It is simple and very clean for administrators What do you dislike? Completely user friendly and beyond helpful customer service!

What do you like best? Paycom is beyond user friendly! It is very easy to follow along and get all the data entered or gathered that is needed. The organization of the products on the desktop and app version are also very easy to follow along for both User and Employee. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paycom is overall a very user friendly platform. The layout for Paycom is easy to follow and organized well. I like how the areas such as time clock, benefits, documents, etc. are separated so you don't have to search hard. What do you dislike? As someone who onboard/trains new hires, it is always a challenge to log in initially, reset password, and update the username. We always face challenges with this including being quickly locked out of the account. ...

What do you like best? I like how I have the power to keep my own information, benefits and paystubs organized What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike with the app, maybe sometimes clicking "next" when scrolling through documents is slow What problems are you solving with the product?
