Paycom is very intuitive and easy to use.
Our company switched over to Paycom a few months ago. Since then it’s been a fairly easy system to use. I can use my phone to clock in and out for work and to request adjustments on my time card. Overall, Paycom is very easy to learn and use.

Paycom is a useful tool to manage my PTO and paperwork. I wish there was a place that I could view my upcoming checks, but I’m not sure if that’s a feature that exists and my company just doesn’t have it.

Easy to use
The company I work for uses Paycom as our HR Portal. The site is simple to use and makes logging hours, checking benefits, and pay a breeze!

Overall my experience has been great!
Overall my experience has been very positive. I find the portal fairly user friendly and generally has spreadsheets and accessable employee information that is easy to find. Help has always been available and everyone I've talked to has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Also the applicant tracking system has been very beneficial for our hiring department!
