I have been receiving Paycom paystubs…
I have been receiving Paycom paystubs for two years now. I have never had any problem understanding the paystubs, have always received them on time, and have always been paid correctly. Paycom has been easy.

Easy to navigate website and app
I have used a few different payroll services through previous employers, however paycom has been the easiest to navigate. The app is especially helpful because I can easily click in/out, access my timesheet, view vacation hours/request time off, and access online learning all from my iPhone.

Perfect with Paycom
Implemented Paycom in Oct 2020 and have been moving forward more efficiently ever since. Love every aspect that Paycom has brought to us, especially the ability for paperless paystubs and employees to have access to their own profiles and timecards among other items. This has been one of the best enhancements our company has made since I have worked there.

Love Paycom's PTO Feature
Hello! I've really enjoyed using Paycom to manage my employee's time off requests! It has been a breeze to switch from submitting paper time sheets to now having employees request PTO and sick time directly from the app.

Paycom's dedicated specialist makes the digital transformation journey easier.
We converted to Paycom in 2020 and they have continuously held our hands through all of the hiccups. This hasn't been a painless process. However, the assignment of a Paycom Specialist is key to assisting us with navigating to a complete digital transformation of our HR processes. She helps us keep on track towards the full transformation and ensuring that we'll use the full potential of Paycom. In addition, they're entire support team is just as knowledgeable.

Worst payroll service company ever
Worst payroll service company ever. Terrible customer service. Paycom failed to process my companies payroll for 20 employees for New Year’s Eve. Tried to blame it on us and charge us an additional fee to do emergency same day payroll. I did not agree to that because the pause was already wired to pay COM 2 days prior as it always is for each payroll. Once they discovered it was their error no apologies, no emails, call backs, etc. finally got a manager to call me and from the beginning he ...

I love using the Paycom software for payroll. It is very easy to use and keep track of my hours worked. I also enjoy being able to see my projected earnings each pay period.

Great Technology, Great Customer Relation Rep, Horrible Support
TL;DRJoined Paycom in 2015 – MCC was never setup, when contacted, Paycom said they couldn’t do it because of the billing. We complained and finally got this setup in 2016, but lost our data from 2015 for the other client code.We setup a new PTO policy in October of 2018 and asked Paycom to set it up. They fumbled the PTO and never set it up and I bugged them to get it right. Fast Forward to 2020, they started finally working on it with a new team and we found so many issues with the way it ...
