I like the clean interface

What do you like best? I like the clean interface. It makes it easy to see what's there and get to the main sections quickly. It's pretty easy to put in time-off requests and see your hours available. Overall, it's nice being able to go to one place and see all your HR info. And I like that I can access the info through an app. What do you dislike? I wish I could link it with my health insurance information. What do you like best? It has everything related to HR under one roof. What do you dislike? - In 401(k), I wish employee could see their investment performance in Paycom. - In the email, we can't insert any pictures or PDF. Thus, all emails look very boring. What do you like best? Paycom is easy to setup and extremely easy to use for the end user. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the layout is very user friendly, i use paycom for 2 different employers and its very easy to use What do you dislike? This far i have not found a feature i do not like Recommendations to others considering the product: easy to use for all levels of staff. Recommendation of Paycom implementation

What do you like best? Team assigned to work our project was incredibly helpful. Directly helped revamp our business operations. We just didn't recreate process that we previously had but instead we found ways to streamline our business. The sales and implementation team were directly involved with us through the whole process, especially Taylor Woods, Mark Jackson and Greg McPherson. Would highly recommend anyone to switch.
