What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom has really been a game-changer for Stadia Church Planting -- housing all of our HR services on one platform, putting the onus on the employee to ensure their data is correct, and efficiently managing hiring cycles frees up our HR team to complete more projects to help toward Stadia's mission of every child having a church.

Paycom is a Breath of Fresh Air

Paycom is a superior payroll system. In every aspect that our team uses it, we seem to be more and more pleased with it. I personally use it mainly for onboarding and general HR purposes. Paycom's self-onboarding feature is so smooth, easy, and efficient. The Paycom app is nothing short of great.

My experience with the Paycom app has been absolutely nothing less than perfect. The app is extremely helpful and the easiest to use compared to all other apps that I have tried. The app is the most helpful with time management and the payroll section because it makes clocking in and out extremely easy. Perspective from a former user and employee

I worked for Paycom for a year and a half. I left the company due to an external event and not because I wanted to part ways. I would highly recommend Paycom the company as employment and the product as a user to anyone who asks. Easy access and easy to use

What i have enjoyed the most since my company switched to Paycom is their is only one app for all of the products we are using. It has made it much easier only having to sign in once and have access to everything. Would recommend from a user standpoint.

Easy to navigate

I have been using paycom for several years and it has become even more of an important resource for me since the start of COVID. Many trainings and learning opportunities that would normally be in-person switched to virtual session that were made available through paycom. It has been easy to access them both via the website and the app. Additionally, the app makes it very easy to access the time clock, update time cards, request time off, and access important documents while on the go.
