What do you like best? It got us off of paper timesheets and everyone into an HRIS for everything. We learned what we needed an HRIS to do for us, and that Paycom would never suit us. What do you like best? Ease of viewing documents needing to be submitted, showing number of available shifts in message center, and ability to view and change tax forms and download pay stubs at any time. What do you dislike? Punch changes are a hassle if you are trying to change both in and out time. It's kind of confusing. Good experience with paycom

What do you like best? what I like the best is the ease of use. What do you dislike? In my opinion I think the look could be updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am not solving problems but I like being able to view all HR docs and see my pay history.

Makes everything simpler and easier

Paycom is a one stop shop with one singular login. One of the key things that has been most beneficial is self onboarding, which reduced the HR workload, provides a 'mid-phase' to a prospective employee and active employee, and helps get drivers on the road 4-6 days faster than our previous process. Continuously makes processes simpler and more efficient

What do you like best? The overall integration of what otherwise would be multiple platforms ensure I can spend my time focusing on the big picture of our business and processes rather than spend time aimlessly on the small things.
