Small businesses can benefit from this
PROS: It works great with all the HR related tasks we have to do. It is also easy to use. CONS: We are very happy with Paycom. We don't have any particular dislikes.

It is the best HRIS out there
PROS: Paycom has a very good support team. I cannot say a single negative thing about their team. They have helped us greatly in selecting the modules best fit for our business. The integration was very smooth too because they were there every step of the way. Besides, we can see that the system lives up to our expectations. It fulfills every promise and feature it says it is going to have when we first selected it. It is also super easy to use, so teaching it to our staff is not a problem ...

I love, love, love Paycom!
PROS: I used to have tons of paperwork. Because of Paycom, we were able to reduce this drastically. From employee onboarding to departure, Paycom takes care of all the data for us. This is a great relief on our workload. CONS: I couldn't find anything to criticize about Paycom. If I could've found it sooner, we would've been saved long ago.

What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom is very easy to use, and the customer service is top rate! We have had a few dedicated specialists since we started using Paycom in 2019 and have been lucky each time. They have all been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.

"Satisfied Paycom Client for 2.5 years"
What do you like best about Paycom? The integration of all modules - recruiting, onboarding, HR, Payroll, LMS, Benefits Admin, Employee ESS - they all talk to each other - only requires one sign-on. In the past, we had multiple products, multiple sign-ons, and multiple places to make duplicate entries. Paycom puts it all in one place. We are very satisfied with the product.

What do you like best about Paycom? The website is thorough and easy to use. If there is anything you cannot figure out, your dedicated specialist or a team member is always there to help.

"Paycom is very Efficient"
What do you like best about Paycom? I like that Owners and Supervisors have a way to track the applicants and also the onboarding of the Employees. That is a great feature that saves our Company a lot of time. The Expense module is excellent and easy for employees to download to have the Receipts needed for Auditing and reconciling.
