My company recently switched over to Paycom from just in house payroll. The switch was seamless. I had no issues with the app, logging in, putting in hours, etc. It is so nice to see all my pay stubs in one location. I have not heard any complaints from coworkers about the process or the application. I really enjoy the app & user friendliness!

Paycom is a necessary partner to have for Payroll and HR needs.

What do you like best? The ease of disseminating information company wide. The compliance aspect is a great feature so we can assure best practice throughout the organization. I am a small business and they provide me great service. I am not discounted or treated differently because of my size. I also used them in a previously life where I owned multiple franchise locations and I always had great service and accurate payrolls. That is really all I could ask for!

What do you like best? Paycom is an incredibly easy to use software with plenty of different ways to look at the data. Representatives are very responsive and direct in answering any of my questions!
