What do you like best about Paycom? HR system and Payroll. Beti was the best thing. Feature (Beti) really helps with eliminating errors that you can make doing things manually.

Paycom Learning Review

We recently used Paycom Learning to create, administer, and manage a department-wide training for employees. The easy-to-use interface and comprehensive functionality allowed us to customize the content to our preferences. Additionally, employees were able to easily navigate the course due to their familiarity with the Paycom ESS platform, as they use it regularly to manage other HR-related tasks.

What do you like best about Paycom? We started using Paycom in 2015 and I wish we had switched over sooner. Paycom has helped us grow from around 300 employees to 900 current employees. The customer service is excellent. I've never had a problem that Paycom can't fix. The entire employee life cycle is in Paycom and I can access employee files from anywhere. They also have a user-friendly app for the employees that allow them to access all of their information.

Paycom is great for overall employee experience. Because their products are all built in house by Paycom and connected to each other, we have eliminated the need for multiple profiles and logins for employees. The ability to move their information effortlessly throughout the system has also helped keep our data accurate as it eliminates manual entry.

Paycom sets the bar

After my experience of implementing and using Paycom, it is by far THE SOFTWARE that I compare all others to. They have set the bar for me in both product functionality and customer service/support. They are dedicated to continuously improve and grow in the industry. They stay current on new laws and regulations affecting payroll processing and human resources management and work to provide a positive and easy experience for employees to access their information through a mobile app or ...

Both the Software and People are Great to Work With

My interactions with Paycom have come both serving them as a client while also utilizing their payroll software in our workplace. From the software side, I have never had any issues and love the simplicity it gives both the employees and employers. What I appreciate the most though is the quality of people we interact with when doing business with their team. It's obvious their staff is passionate, skilled and cares about their customers and their employees.

What do you like best about Paycom? The Paycom system is easy to use on the administrator side, client side (for our manager) & employee side (for our staff). Payroll processing is efficient and we can easily create journal voucher import files to upload to our accounting system, MIP. We receive excellent customer service. Any time we have a question or issue, a solution is provided in a timely manner.
