As a manager Paycom has made everything…
As a manager Paycom has made everything simple for my employees. The app is user friendly. They can submit their vacation requests and I can easily approve/deny. Pay check stub info and W2 is easily accessible and paperless. Company documents are signed electronically and stored in one section. I have all levels of employees and everyone can easily use Paycom. I answer less questions and I don't have issues arise that takes my focus away from my job. "Easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom has a very smooth user interface and it is quick to learn. Most actions were one-click and the page refreshes automatically to check work.

What do you like best about Paycom? I love Paycom's reports; they are super customizable and robust. I love how easy Beti makes payroll. Paycom has great customer service as well!

What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom is a one-stop shop. It literally does everything that you can think a Payroll or HR manager would need to do their job. The only difference between doing it without Paycom is that it provides accurate information at anytime
