What do you like best? We transitioned to Paycom from another Payroll/HRIS system. What I liked best was the hands-on approach. FABULOUS

What do you like best? I had two of the BEST implementation specialists: David Gonzalez and Brandon Little Axe. We had a complicated set up and they listened, responded timely, they were patient, professional. I cannot say enough good things about David and Brandon. They made all the difference. They were absolutely fantastic and it was a positive experience. What do you dislike? The PTO accrual set up. I don't like that it is not automatic, I have to add the accrual to new hires. ...

Easy to use and efficient!

What do you like best? I appreciate that there is one portal to go to for my payroll and benefits information. Also, our HR department is able to upload important documents for all employees to have access to. What do you dislike? When you're inputting working hours, the default date is not today's date. What do you like best? Easy to use, customer service was great. What do you dislike? So far there is nothing I don't like. If I have an issue, customer support has been great. Our expereince has been phenomenal! We couldn't ask for anything more.

What do you like best? The platform that Paycom offers is fantastic and is completely changing our processes and procedures for the better. I think, in the end, Paycom could equate to at least one full time employee for us in the efficiency it has created. However, what we love best about Paycom is their customer service. Paycom is much easier to deal with than ADP

What do you like best? Much more intuitive than ADP. The reports are easy to set up. What do you dislike? Taking a long time to get PERS reporting. We're not able to get all of the features we had before, like comp time and PDF reports. Recommendations to others considering the product I would definitely give them a try, although we are still in the setup phase and only have 2 payrolls under our belt. What do you like best? They are so easy to work with. The system is extremely user friendly. It is a very robust, kind on the eye system. What do you like best? A platform that improves efficiency, accuracy, documentation management, employee experience and a platform that will grow with us. What do you dislike? The user interface needs improvement for better employee experience. Continue to have too many employee questions and issues throughout benefit enrollment and onboarding.
