Best Combination of Value and Service

What do you like best? We switched from another HRIS/payroll provider over to Paycom a little over a year ago and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best decisions our HR department has made. I was the point-of-contact throughout the implementation process and their service model was certainly refreshing. What do you like best? I like how user-friendly this platform is. It is so simple anyone can use it. What do you dislike? I dislike the advanced report writer - it is too complicated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Paycom for payroll. The benefits of Paycom is that we can run all different kinds of payroll without ever getting each confused.

What do you like best? It is efficient and easy to use. You can be completely paperless and environmentally concussions with all Human Resources needs.
