great new systems for clocking hours

What do you like best? super user friendly; everything is found in one place; you get to update your tax designations via the system AND can designate white accounts get what percentage of your paycheck! no need for paper statements anymore! Best Combination of Value and Service

What do you like best? We switched from another HRIS/payroll provider over to Paycom a little over a year ago and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best decisions our HR department has made. I was the point-of-contact throughout the implementation process and their service model was certainly refreshing. What do you like best? I like how user-friendly this platform is. It is so simple anyone can use it. What do you dislike? I dislike the advanced report writer - it is too complicated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Paycom for payroll. What do you like best? For as much trouble as we had with the implementation, we have always been able to get in touch with someone to talk through issues, so that is something. We switched from ADP and one of the main reasons we chose Paycom was their service model. While there has been some turnover and our implementation team was not good at all from a project management perspective, the day-to-day service has been good.
