What do you like best? We use Paycom for expense management and other HR-related tasks like recruiting, payroll and performance management. What do you like best? The website is easy to use, for admins and employees. Our setup was a breeze. A Paycom Transition Specialist came to our office and uploaded all the information they needed. They did all the brunt work, I just had to learn how to use the product. They also provided onsite trainings and a GoToMeeting for our remote employees to teach them how to navigate the website and get employee support for switching payroll companies. What do you dislike? The system requires you to make changes in multiple locations. For example, you want to change someone's manager, you have to update it on their profile, on their time off request page, and in the performance management section.
