It's an OK product

What do you like best? It is relatively easy to use. It is great for smaller organizations. What do you dislike? I feel like it did not have great analytical tools. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was able to simply our HRIS system by also using the ATS all in one. So it was a one stop shop.

Easy and stress free

What do you like best? This company is very simple and straight forward. They also place caterings with companies that use them and being in the food industry that helps. What do you dislike? Miscommunication between account changes. We have a same day payroll processing and when our specialist gets change they seem to miscommunication the special request from our account. great affordability for non-profits

What do you like best? - allows for a lot of customization which is great What do you dislike? - a bit finicky and doesn't seem complete accurate when recording vacation hours What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very good for employees to see their payroll and tax forms, on their own without each person having to contact HR separately.

A great product for employees and managers!

What do you like best? I've used Paycom for several years, both for self-service and management purposes. The system is easy to navigate and allows the user to easily access a lot of different types of information from anywhere internet access is available. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Time clock, PTO, reporting, and performance reviews are all tracked in one place. What do you dislike? The program does not run as smoothly as it should. Decent product - a little hard to navigate

What do you like best? Paystubs. I like being able to easily access all of my prior paystubs and how they open in different windows so I can review them against each other. What do you dislike?
