What do you like best? Paycom has made the transition of moving payroll to our next gen very smooth. What do you like best? The fact that there is an app that you can use. I don’t need a computer and can do everything on my phone. What do you dislike? Navigation gets some getting use to. Good for small businesses

What do you like best? Paycom had really great customer service reps that would quickly help me understand the many uses of Paycom as well as help resolve any issues as they came. What do you dislike? I used Paycom as my HRIS system for a business that had remote employees across the United States, which allowed for some compliance issues that were at times difficult to resolve. Falls short

What do you like best? In-person training and transitional specialist What do you dislike? Oversold and under-delivered. We were promised so much and have found that the functionalities do not process as we had hoped. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Paycom's integration, we have been able to go paperless.

Great reporting- terrible service

What do you like best? The reporting functionality is prime. Super easy to use. What do you dislike? The service is horrible. So many issues with taxes and response times. At least it is web-based

What do you like best? I like the ability to access the software from any computer or device. What do you dislike? The view of your timesheet in the mobile device app leaves much to be desired. It takes a lot of scrolling to get to a later date in a 2-week period. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This system allows us greater access and mobility plus an easy timesheet approval system.

RUN FAR FAR AWAY - Countless errors, slow to fix, lack of experience in payroll and taxes all around

What do you like best? Not much but if I had to choose... someone picks up the phone on every call. The flexible reporting options are also good. What do you dislike? Their tax department is a total mess. My company's implementation was a disaster and I am still finding things that need corrections over a year later.
