What do you like best? I liked that it automatically calculated your total hours and overtime and double time based on your location. We used it company wide and being in California labor laws are different from Texas and it already knew that What do you dislike? How the interface worked. Incredibly easy to use!

What do you like best? After making the switch from ADP to Paycom I was amazed at the ease of use and simple navigation. Reports are easy to customize as well. Their robust library provides numerous instructions if needed. And if that's not enough their customer service team and our dedicated rep are always quick to respond and more than helpful. What do you like best? It was simple to use the interface with little explanation. What do you dislike? There was not a feature I used that I didn't like. What do you like best? I like that I can now access my Paycom account via a mobile app, which allows for Touch ID to be used for login purposes. What do you dislike? It makes me change my password more often than I'd like. I get that it's security and such, but my bank and brokerage account don't make me change my password, so why should Paycom? Also, it would be nice if I could manage my own disbursements rather than needing to update amounts and bank accounts with HR. ...

Easy and simple - Who knew payroll/time/benefits etc SaaS could actually be beneficial

What do you like best? simple operation as an employee to use it for different uses. Time off requests are easy, Onboarding is solid. The amount of convulted steps and sub menus that exist in some of the competitors products made the paycom platform feel like a breeze. What do you dislike? Paycom - HR made easy!

What do you like best? Paycom is a great web-based platform that helps keep HR & payroll flowing. I really love that it is web based & easy for all of my employees & managers to log in & manage payroll. What do you dislike? Honestly, there isn't anything that I dislike about Paycom!
