What do you like best? That you can clock in from your phone and use your thumbprint to log in. What do you dislike? If you accidentally clock-in under the wrong department or clock-out, you can't change it yourself. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy clock-in for users, users can easily look back at their hours.

What do you like best? Easy interface with our other systems, which is half the battle. What do you dislike? There are a few screens that seem to buried within the program. But still a great product. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely a great value add. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Made processing payroll much more efficient and timely.

Does the Job Fine

What do you like best? It's an all in one solution that maintains data integrity successfully. What do you dislike? There were several times during the sales/negotiation process I was promised things that the implementation team ultimately said wasn't possible. They weren't huge problems, but it was moderately annoying to have to replan some things. What do you like best? The customer service level at Paycom is amazing! If you have a question or issue, you will always be able to reach someone to get a answer. What do you dislike? They need Paycom experts. Someone who knows the entire system and additional products, one person. It can get frustrating having to speak to other departments when your payroll specialist isnt experienced in additional services. What business problems are you solving with the product? Does the job but better platforms are available on the market

What do you like best? Basic functions are available and does the job for the most part. What do you dislike? Features are limited to basic functions and the UI is really dated. Recommendations to others considering the product I would seriously consider paying more for a platform that has a more robust set of features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Manage HR tasks. We were able to automate some functions in Paycom.

Paycom just keeps getting better

What do you like best? They finally added an app this year & it has been the best thing they could have done! Quick, easy & efficient! What do you dislike? Sometimes the app will glitch and not count a punch; it's getting fewer and farther in between though. Also, you have to update your password every 6 months which is frustrating. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No big issues; it's been great as an employee!

Very user-friendly

What do you like best? I liked how intuitive the user interface was to navigate around. I had to help my previous HR Admin input a lot of information and this platform definitely made it easier. Easy Platform

What do you like best? The ease of navigating the system to check on current statuses, make requests and view past/current payment information. What do you dislike? When joining an organization, I think it would be nice to select my own username. Not sure if this is at the organization's level, or at Paycom's. Great Program

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate around to find the reports you need. What do you dislike? I have only had 1 problem with the program with a certain report I had to run but I found a way around the issue. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is nice to have all of you employees information in one place. Our contact people for the program are great and get any issues that we may have resolved quickly.

What do you like best? Nothing, it is a difficult platform with bad customer service. What do you dislike? Software was difficult, your customer service rep took to long to respond and they never corrected any issues. What business problems are you solving with the product?
