What do you like best? I like that it has everything in one place and it's so easy to view my benefits and pay statements and to request time off. What do you dislike? I dislike having to change passwords so often but I understand it is for the security of my information. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves having to have multiple platforms to manage all the aspects of personnel from an HR standpoint.

Great Payroll and Expense System

What do you like best? Paycom is a great payroll and expense system for any employee to utilize. It is easy to use and has capabilities to input hourly or actual clocked time as well as expenses. You can also run reports ad hoc. What do you dislike? There are really no features that I do not like about this application tool. It is a very functional tool in many ways and easy to use. Friendly, curtious and very helpful

What do you like best? The hand holding we received with Mitch Faas and David Gonzales was really great. What do you dislike? all the hard work of implementation was not fun. The reporting the fabulous!!!

Started Off Good...

What do you like best? Some of the reports you could create was a great tool. What do you dislike? The fact that you had to use do many screens to complete simple reports and tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We thought it would help with all of our payroll issues, but it didn't have everything we needed.

Clean and Effective

What do you like best? Paycom's platform is very intuitive. There are multiple ways to process a function. Their learning guides are also very helpful. What do you dislike? There are sometimes discrepancies in accrual calculations. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Paycom as our payroll system administrator.

Pay com is simple

What do you like best? There are many parts of Paycom that you don’t have to be an expert to use. Most things are very user friendly. What do you dislike? The scheduling. My company has not been able to utilize this feature because it does not fit our needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll. It’s been very easy to run payroll and it saves us time in what would normally be very time consuming.

User experience

What do you like best? Easy to use, very intuative. Most users have no issues no matter what level they are What do you dislike? Alerts don't always clear right away. Some have been there for over a year even when activity has been completed What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, time off requests, tax profile management

Looked good on the outside.

What do you like best? Their reporting was an improvement from ADP at the time. We also liked the shared calendar. What do you dislike? The onboarding was horrific and there was a lot of turnover in support personnel. Recommendations to others considering the product IT HAD SOME PLUSES BUT VERY UNORGANIZED AND THERE WAS NO LOCAL PRESENCE. What business problems are you solving with the product? easy to use for HR and Payroll purposes

What do you like best? We can customize our company's information and add in fields that are relevant to the information we need to capture. What do you dislike? Not very user friendly, takes a lot of time to learn the system What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HRIS, Payroll, and reports. It has been helpful in running advanced reports to export the specific information that we need.

I would not recommend this product

What do you like best? The customer service team is responsive. What do you dislike?
