Complete way to track everything.

What do you like best? I like that every document you need is in one place. We are able to track hours, goals, accomplishments, taxes, and much more all in one place. What do you dislike? The app is not user friendly. I think that there can be more done in order to make the app more user friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? Paycom Administrator End User Review

What do you like best? I like the advance report writer. I enjoy the flexibility of creating and saving a custom report so that I don't have to re-create it. I also like that it is easy to add or remove information from the reports. We still need to implement other features such as compensation and performance management but I think that our managers will appreciate the ease of managing their employees via paycom. What do you like best? Could be used for more than just payroll information. Allowed you to enroll in and make changes to benefits as well as make leave requests. What do you dislike? When using to make benefit choices it was often unclear if your choices had registered and links would often send you back to the main menu. Decent experience

What do you like best? It’s easy to use and understand. Didn’t have much trouble with it. What do you dislike? Nothing really.. it was easy to use so I don’t have complaints. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits is that there are plenty of ways to see pay stubs, taxes, even your tax forms, online. Also, you can see employee days off to know availability of coworkers.
