LOVE Paycom-Everything you need, easily accessible

What do you like best? I love that they have an app that I can use my fingerprint to sign in on my phone What do you dislike? I do not like that you cannot delete company messages. Able to update punch requests, see payroll days in advance, receive documents much faster than having to wait for snail mail, able to easily enroll in benefits

Having Paycom manage payroll taxes lessens this burden and liability. What do you dislike? Easy to use, long login

What do you like best? I love all the info that is easily accesible. I also like that I can clock out even if I forget to clock in. Less comments to add! What do you dislike? I dislike that logging in takes so long. I wish I could have an easier way to login or have my password remembered. It always takes a minute or two to log in. What do you like best? The dashboard view for employees and the ability to send company messages and updates to each user. What do you dislike? The accruals and time off section can be confusing and this has caused me to create quick reference guides for my teams on how to understand how much time they have taken and have left. What do you like best? We have been using Paycom for a little over a year now and it has streamlined so many internal processes for us. What do you dislike?
