What do you like best? Everything HR is in one system across the country for our company. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is hard to get in contact with your representative at corporate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are streamlining the full HR process within one system.

Payroll and HR combination software

What do you like best? Easy to view pay stubs, company policies, and request time off What do you dislike? Usernames are complex and hard to remember; can't change so I have to look it up each time What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating payroll with HR-related tasks. Easy to send (& get signed employment forms to remote employees

We enjoy Paycom help.

What do you like best? We use time and attendance. It is so easy for us to manage employee time and attendance. Also doing payroll is a snap. the work has been taken out. What do you dislike? The only problem I have is buffering and that is our problem not Paycom. What do you like best? Paycom is nice because you can access everything in one spot- vacation requests, payroll, benefits, open enrollment- it’s all there. What do you dislike? I don’t like that past days still have to be approved- like if I was sick last Wednesday I can’t input 8 hours of pto; it still has to be approved by my manager. User friendly has everything you need in the app itself

What do you like best? It was easy to set up and very little training time What do you dislike? I've only been using it for a short while so far so good Recommendations to others considering the product If you're looking to have all your employee info in one place and ease of use this is the product for you. Paycom is a bit tricky to use and leaves a lot to be desired.

Would highly recommend paycom

What do you like best? Paycom is an excellent compensation management tool. It has everything organized in a easy to use fashion. I personally like how it breaks down each paycheck, and lets you know how much your next check will be (especially with commissions after taxes. What do you dislike? Too Bulky and Manual

What do you like best? I like the training overview on how to use it and the certification courses What do you dislike? Paycom's ATS is way too bulky. In order to set up paycom we had several multi hour meetings in order to load our current processes, templates and job descriptions to the ATS. It tooks months for them to add our notes and when it populated there were still many glitches. In order to do simple tasks with candidates we had to click multiple tabs. With other ATS systems ...

Mostly User-Friendly

What do you like best? The interface is nice and the navigation on the home page is pretty straightforward. What do you dislike? Managing time cards is a little cumbersome.
