Valuable part of our business from the beginning
What do you like best? We grew to from 1 employee to nearly 100 in five years and with out Paycom as a partner our success would have been slower What do you dislike? So far there has been very little to dislike What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrating all of our HR functions into Paycom

Userfriendly but not very advanced
What do you like best? The simplicity of logging in and punching in and out. What do you dislike? The automated username and password is hard to remember. I got locked out several times due to forgetting the numerical ID and password. Paycom has all that I needed and more!
What do you like best? The simplicity and ease of the software is great! What do you dislike? Not applicable- had no drawbacks with paycom Recommendations to others considering the product Go with Paycom! They will suit all of your needs. Paycom is a easy way to track time cards and track individual performance.
What do you like best? My favorite thing about Paycom is the ease and accessibility to clock in and clock out. What do you dislike? Some of the reports can take a long time to run. Using Paycom for your HR needs
What do you like best? I like Paycom since it is very user friendly and easy to access What do you dislike? The speed of inputting time in the timesheet section. You will enter PM and it will put in AM..possibly have a drop down box for selection of the 2 What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Use it every day, wish it would show vacation days already submitted by other co workers

Amazing Payroll/Benefits and HRIS Platform
What do you like best? The system is extremely easy to use. It is truly a one-stop system for all HR related functions including payroll, benefits, recruiting, database tracking, etc. What do you dislike? I would update the time off accruals a little to ensure instant capturing of requests vs. updating when a payroll file is run. Versatility/ Great accuracy
What do you like best? We have had a very positive experience using this cloud-hosted payroll and human capital management platform. When using this, finding employee information is easy and time-savings. The major benefit using this platform I see is an increased productivity at HR. What do you dislike? Amazing Company!
What do you like best? Easy-to-use program, reliable technology. As a user of this software, I never had to worry about collecting or keeping up with my information. Paycom does all that for you. They take the guesswork out of payroll and that is incredibly valuable, especially for my individual tax purposes. They are a trusted resource for all things Human Resource related.
