Lots of easy to use features - with some hiccups

What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to do things that made sense from an HR business perspective. The reporting is easy, the history and data entry is easy. They have a wonderful mass import feature for practically any field in the system. What do you dislike? Occasionally back end calculations associated with payroll broke. Easy to use but has limitations

What do you like best? Paycom makes it easy for individual departments to see employee time and information. It is easy to adjust time punches. What do you dislike? The schedule creation module is very difficult to use for schedules that change every week and you can't see employee timecards by day, only by the employee so you can't approve timecards by the day.
