What do you like best? I really liked how smooth it waa to input data, the ability to track a variety of employee details, and the merger of our HR and payroll systems. What do you dislike? The implementation process was a mess. It was dragged out and put a lot of data entry on us after the last upload made from our systems as well as correcting errors or musing info that was mucked up in the transfer. Solid program with a few limitations

What do you like best? The interface is great and the logging in is very easy. We use Paycom primarily for our payroll. What do you dislike? The usernames are usually starting with the number zero which looks a lot like the letter I and our users mistake them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll. We have also realized it can be used for PTO but it didn't work well for our needs

What do you like best? I like how intuitive the site is. It’s easy to use and every option is clear. What do you dislike? Sometimes the notifications won’t go away away even after I check them.
