Basic and functional time management site

What do you like best? I appreciate how simple the Paycom interface is. Very basic options and no additional bells and whistles, which is especially helpful when trying to clock in/out and add hours quickly. What do you dislike? Under the "add hours" option, it's a little tedious to select the starting and ending dates and department number each time I want to add a new set of hours, especially if I'm adding day-by-day. It's keeps tracks if my check stubs and work douments

What do you like best? It's easy to access and it is computer friendly. It's easy to use and understand. What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues with it since I started using it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It easier to get track and monitor your pay stubs, PTO time, communications to the employees from the company, job announcements. He kind of like a portable HR.

What do you like best? The best thing about Paycom WAS their report writer. You could run a report in just a matter of minutes and include all kinds of data. Sadly, Report Writer and Advanced Report Writer is no longer available and we have gone from running a report in just mere minutes to more like 15 to 30 minutes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Convenience and easy of use, both in the office and at home. Really enjoy the ability to access remotely since I am on-the-go most days. What do you dislike? Easy to use and does everything we need it to

What do you like best? It's been very easy to use and get integrated into our company. Even those unsavy computer types have had little issue. What do you dislike? Tax time was a bit of a challenge and I wish the instructions had been better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The documents section allows for the almost complete elimination of paper work which is something we didn't anticipate.

Paycom has the ability to offer a range of business solutions in an easy to use portal - from tracking and managing time off to the aspects of tracking and handling hourly employees. Very user friendly

What do you like best? I like how easy & user friendly Paycom is. We no longer offer paper checks to employees, so having a software that is easy to use is great! What do you dislike?
