What do you like best about Paychex Flex? There are so many things I like about Paychex. I facilitated the change to Paychex with my company last year. The great experience started with our sales rep, and continued through implementation. Everyone was extremely patient and supportive as I was learning the system. What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Paychex Flex is easy to use, and the support offered is great. The FAQ provides many of the needed answers when you have a question. The customer service representatives are always helpful and quick to respond with communications.

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Our specialist will deal with any request in a timely manner. She sends a reminder when she will be calling for payroll information. She is always pleasant and will research the requested information, even though she might not know the answer.
