What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Their customer service is outstanding. Response time is excellent and their continuity of care is better than what we were receiving with a local payroll specialist. The online platform is easy to understand and learn. If you have any questions they are very patient and willing to take the time to explain. It has been a very cost efficient change for our company.

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Paychex Flex is easy to use, and the support offered is great. The FAQ provides many of the needed answers when you have a question. The customer service representatives are always helpful and quick to respond with communications.
