What do you like best about Paychex Flex? It is user friendly which helps with time management and efficiency when doing payroll. What do you dislike about Paychex Flex?

"Paychex was amazing helping with ERC"
What do you like best about Paychex Flex? During the Covid 19 pandemic, Paychex kept up with the new laws and helped my company stay aflote. They helped with PPP funding sources that would actually work with our compnay. They also held webinars where they explained how we could use both ERC and PPP funds together. They were able to help keep my company alive.

"i deal with our Paychex specialist for calling payroll and requesting any changes that needed atten."
What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Our specialist will deal with any request in a timely manner. She sends a reminder when she will be calling for payroll information. She is always pleasant and will research the requested information, even though she might not know the answer.
