"Great for small businesses"
What do you like best about Paychex Flex? It's a very easy system to use for small businesses; most weeks payroll is opening up the system, clicking a few buttons, and you're done. There are tons of reports; a little challenging to find the ones you want sometimes, but everything is always there. Even better, customer support is easy to get to, responsive,a nd super helpful.

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? They excel in all areas: Responsive customer support, easy to use on-line portal, good value for what you get, and they are very proactive in reacting to emerging payroll related issues, etc.

"Easy and efficient"
What do you like best about Paychex Flex? I love seeing my hours, pay stubs, requesting time off, and changing things very quickly. It is so easy to check my hours, clock in and out, check my pay stubs or just about anything. You cannot be familiar with technology and this will be easy for you to find what you need.

The great experience started with our sales rep, and continued through implementation. Everyone was extremely patient and supportive as I was learning the system.
