Incompetent Payroll Company

What do you like best? Sadly, there is not one feature that we liked regarding this company. What do you dislike? Everything. Our payroll started January 2, 2017. By April 7, 2017 we cancelled our services. We were set up for bi-weekly payroll and sadly they were unable to process one payroll successfully and correctly. What do you like best? The service. My relationship manager is Lisa Medina, and she is fantastic. Many of the people in her department have been there for many years. Lisa and her colleagues really know and understand our payroll needs. Special requests are never a problem, even if they are urgent or at the last minute. Disastrous Implementation in January

What do you like best? Theoretically, Paychex Flex integrates with many other Paychex offerings such as health benefits and 401k, providing a one-stop-shop app where you can run everything. I also like that the reporting is pretty robust. The Readychex offering is great, enabling all payroll to come out at once rather than waiting for employee checks to roll in. Intuitive Web Design

What do you like best? My favorite part of Paychex Flex is the PTO tracking and PTO requests. The software automatically tracks how much PTO you are earning and how much you currently have, and allows you to request time off from the same page. In the request you can explain the reasons and HR will approve and automatically place the hours in your time sheet. Functional and supremely scalable

What do you like best? I enjoyed Paychex Flex's easy to navigate user interface and unlimited customization. Paychex Flex is also the most flexible among the possible software solutions.
