What do you like best? The one thing I have no problem with is payroll tax filings. What do you dislike? The systems themselves are antiquated and don't flow in a user friendly way. Great payroll service for a small business on a budget

What do you like best? Paychex Flex is great because they take care of everything for me. I started a business with my family and did not know anything about payroll and all of the complexities that go along with it. Paychex for Time Tracking

What do you like best? The graphics for paid time off were a nice touch and the ease of seeing clock in and out times proved helpful. It was also nice to have a running balance of paid time off and personal leave when planning ahead for vacations. What do you dislike? Paychex it makes the work time sheet very easy and comfortable to use.

What do you like best? The thing that I like more about the Paychex is that I can manage all my hours through that very easily. You can check your pay and the withhold taxes as well. Went from great to horrible in about 6 months

What do you like best? The reports were flexible and easy to generate. What do you dislike? The system went bad after a major update. The online software did not work as promised. I had to use two different internet browsers to get my work done. Their customer service quality plummeted, especially after our long-time rep took a promotion. Easy to use, Most of the time really good service

What do you like best? Payroll Specialist assigned to you and that is your go to person. Most of the time you get a hold of them very quickly. With payroll sometimes you have a limited time of the day to get things done and its great to have a go-to person. They really do try to cater to you and make sure you are helped. What do you like best? The administrative side is fairly easy and intuitive to use. What do you dislike? Customer support in inadequate. Stock processing for those employees with more than one state tax liability is inadequate. Their solution does not work to meet government requirements. What do you like best? I like that all of our employees are accessible in one place. We are able to track not only personal information and compensation of each employee but they are able to log in and track their time and attendance as well.
