What do you like best? The software is fairly intuitive - I was able to move around in it and find the sections that I needed to access fairly easily. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Efficient, friendly and always available with an answer when I am lost because we have to have yet another change in our world of payroll. Decent all in one solution

What do you like best? Functionality covers most of what we need. Time and Labor, Benefits, Human Resources/Company Information, great reports. What do you dislike? Not very user friendly and volume is so high the system seems to crash more than it ought to, making for time consuming manual adjustments to PTO, hours worked, etc. Also the fact that PTO requests can only go to one person, it would be nice if they could route to more than one person, say, an admin and manager. Easy To Use Payroll Company and More!

What do you like best? What I like best about Paychex is that it's very user friendly. Payroll is a breeze. If I have any questions our account manager is always there with a friendly reply. If our account manager is going to be away from the office for a while she gives plenty of notice and has a referral to someone who can assist. What do you like best? I really enjoy how helpful and down to earth the people are at Paychex. There are so many rules that comes with Payroll - it really is a specialty. The great thing about Paychex is that they know what they're doing, and you can relax and know that payroll is being done correctly and you can focus on the other aspects of your business. What do you like best? I like that it is simple and seems very secure from the registration process - you can be sure that you are the only one accessing your data and that identity theft is unlikely. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paychex has always been great with their data-entry template. I enjoy their step by step process for various tasks. It makes it easier when training administrators for access. What do you like best? Paychex has a lot of different modules that are customizable and allow you to see the data you need to see, from both an Administrator and End-User perspective.
